Large buildings

We specialise in larger buildings for professional use, at the lowest cost possible. This is in the form of a sectional, plain building with one door.

For example: a 15 x 30ft timber structure will take approximately two days to fully assemble, giving you a weather proof structure that can be adapted with your choice of doors and windows at your leisure. No matter what the weather conditions are outside.

Building interiors

The customer purchased the building as a plain structure (part of our sale price range) with a single door and floor deck. The building was assembled and the client was amazed at how straightforward the build was and how quickly the building took shape.

The side elevations were left plain due to where the building was sited. Stud work was removed and a pair of French doors fitted to one end, with additional large windows at the other end. Three sky lights in the roof apertures that we made especially for the product.

The building was insulated in between the stud work, the wall cavities and the roof purlins.
The addition of 18mm plywood to the internal walls added strength to the internal structure and for soundproofing and insulation purposes the building was dry lined with plasterboard. Sheets of hardboard were put on top of the plywood flooring with an underlay and finished with laminate flooring. The whole internal space was left open plan but could easily have been divided into rooms by adding stud wall partitions.

All of this was achieved on a very low budget and short time scale.

Premium range

 We also manufacture a premium range of timber workshops, tailored to suit your needs, with opening windows, lining membrane, joinery doors with butt hinges and mortise locks and pent roof options. Sizes start from 8 x 10 upwards. We can also provide a groundwork and assembly service.
